Get your API key from Airtable Account

Find this in your Airtable URL: airtable.com/app/[BASE_ID]/...

Field IDs (Required for Attachments)

Required Table Structure

Your Airtable table should have these fields:

  • title - Single line text
  • text - Long text
  • image - Attachment field (for images) - Field ID required above
  • audio - Attachment field (for voice recordings) - Field ID required above
  • date - Date field

Make sure to set the image and audio fields as "Attachment" type in Airtable for proper file handling.
